Our method is split up into 2 phases. The first is guiding you through the core knowledge and skill development vital for nailing that interview and the second is clearly Practice. Whichever course you choose to buy everything above is included.
Phase 1
Pure knowledge and skill
We will start with an interview session covering the basics, types of interviews, medical ethics, the NHS and much more. Next we move to the development of our communication skills, our structured question answering and very important body language. Lastly we will cover as many interview questions as possible and look at different ways of tackling them. Guidance will be given to continue working hard individually until phase 2.
Phase 2
Simply Practice
It's simple, it's the basics, it's practice.
In phase 2 we provide a personal mock interview with feedback. Giving you that personal touch you need to ace those interviews. Our personalized feedback will focus on your individual strengths and weaknesses, including areas such as body language and tone of voice. We'll work with you to fine-tune your interviewing skills so that you can make the best possible impression.
